The following rates are all-inclusive.
|High Season: May 15th – Sept. 15th||$220.00/night|
|Pre Season: March 1 – May 14th||$200.00/night|
|Post Season: Sept. 16th – Oct. 31st||$200.00/night|
|Off Season: December 1 – February 28||$160.00/night|
Deposits: Prepayment in full is required for one night’s stay. A 50% deposit is required for two or more nights. Full payment is due on arrival.
Payment: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or personal check (seven days in advance) for deposit. Balance paid by cash, credit card, or traveler’s check upon arrival.
Check-in from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, check-out by 11:00am.
Cancellations: Deposits are refundable, less a $25 per room administrative fee, for cancellations received 15 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received less than 15 days, deposits are refunded if the room is re-rented for all nights reserved, less a $25 administrative fee per room.
Smoking: For the safety and comfort of our guests, this is a non-smoking Inn.
Children: over 10 years of age are welcomed.
Pets: We do not have accommodations for pets.
